The Creality Sermoon X1 is a metrology-grade wireless handheld 3D scanner built for industrial applications such as non-destructive inspection, reverse engineering, manufacturing quality control, automotive component scanning, and mold making. It combines four scanning modes in a single lightweight device, delivering measurement accuracy of up to 0.02mm and supporting objects from 5mm to 4000mm in size.

Four Scanning Modes in One Device

The Sermoon X1 integrates a single blue laser line, 7 parallel blue laser lines, and 34 cross blue laser lines with NIR (near-infrared) structured light. This lets a single scanner handle everything from small, detailed parts and deep-hole features (up to a 6:1 depth-to-diameter ratio) to medium and large industrial components, without swapping hardware.

Metrology-Grade Accuracy

The scanner delivers point accuracy of up to 0.02mm with volumetric accuracy of 0.02mm+0.04mm/m, improving to 0.02mm+0.03mm/m when used with the included scale bars and built-in photogrammetry. A CNC-machined, all-metal unibody optoelectronic mount with mechanical locks keeps the optics aligned and eliminates looseness for consistent, repeatable results.

Wireless Freedom with Wi-Fi 6

A built-in Wi-Fi 6 module streams scan data to your computer in real time without a tethering cable, and the 5000mAh battery provides 4+ hours of continuous handheld scanning. The 2MP full-color RGB camera with Qualcomm ISP chip captures true-to-life color and texture alongside the geometry.

Built for the Field and the Factory Floor

At just 530g, the Sermoon X1 is designed for extended handheld sessions. Scan data exports directly to STL, OBJ, PLY, and ASC formats for use in mainstream inspection, reverse engineering, and 3D design software such as Geomagic Control X, Geomagic Design X, and Verisurf Inspect.
